• Digital content and access are delivered immediately
• Live sessions require prior planning and resource allocation
• Course materials, intellectual property, and access credentials are shared post-payment

3. Non-Eligibility for Refund (Including but not limited to)

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Inability to attend live sessions
• Personal, professional, or health reasons
• Internet or device issues
• Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching style
• Partial attendance or non-attendance
• Missed sessions or late joining
• Time zone issues

4. Token / Seat-Blocking / Advance Payments

• Any token amount, advance payment, or seat-blocking fee is strictly non-refundable
• This applies even if the full course fee is not paid later

5. Live Sessions & Recordings

• No refunds for live-only programs, whether attended or missed
• If recordings are provided, access does not make the purchase refundable
• Recording availability is subject to program rules and not guaranteed

6. Course Access & Termination

• AstroVira reserves the right to revoke access in case of policy violations
• Termination of access does not entitle the user to any refund

7. Program Changes or Rescheduling

AstroVira reserves the right to modify:

• Program structure
• Schedule
• Faculty
• Content format

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where a program is permanently discontinued by AstroVira:

• We may, at our sole discretion, offer:
  • An alternative program, or
  • A credit for future use
• Cash refunds will not be issued

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting AstroVira is considered a breach of terms.

We reserve the right to:

• Block access permanently
• Take legal or recovery action if required

10. Final Decision Authority

All decisions related to refunds, credits, or exceptions lie solely with AstroVira and are final and binding.
